Placing your order, Lead times, and product accuracy

At Bewinautsell we do our best to ensure that the product model number, description, and picture all match and are all up to date. Orders placed are based on MODEL NUMBER ONLY, so if you see a discrepancy, please reach out and contact us for clarity.

Images and pictures are renderings only and the color may vary based on the display setting or resolution of your computer.

Lead times are specified on each product page and can range from a few days to a few weeks based on manufacturer and product availability.

Lead times may change (for example: a product is on a manufacturer back order).

Bewinautsell will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the late delivery of an order.

Bewinautsell ships using ensured and reliable shipping methods. However, there are times when your delivery would be received damaged. If this is the case, please follow the following steps to ensure a quick and fair resolution.

Any item received by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS should be inspected upon receipt. All damage and shortages must be reported within 48-72 hours of receiving your delivery. For truck deliveries, inspect your order in front of the driver. If there is visible damage, please refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. If there is concealed damage, please report it within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns will only be accepted if they are pre-authorized via email and if you receive an RGA number. Returns that are sent back without authorization will not be credited. Please EMAIL us at [email protected] to begin the return process. 

DO NOT send your return to the address posted on the “contact us” section of our site. It is a corporate mailing address only and packages, drop offs and customers will not be accepted there. Return instructions, including warehouse address will be provided in the authorization. 

There are no cancellations, returns or exchanges on custom/special ordered items, closeouts or product sold at a discount above 50%

Late delivery or fulfilment is not grounds to request a free return or an exception to our return policy.
